The waiting list opens January 1
Every year, the cooperative refreshes its waiting list: the sign-up window runs from January 1 to March 31. Signing up places you in the selection process, but it does not guarantee that a unit will be assigned to you. When a unit that matches your household becomes available, we contact registered applicants according to the selection rules. Use the annual window to submit your application.
