Three questions always come up. Here are clear answers — and the form to get on the list.

Is anything available?

Housing is assigned from a waiting list, refreshed each year from January 1 to March 31. Availability depends on the unit type and opens up as members move out. Signing up does not guarantee a unit, but it places you in the selection process.

Do I qualify?

The Selection Rules set density guidelines: the size of the unit must match the size of the household.

  • 2-bedroom unit household of 2 or more
  • 3-bedroom unit household of 3 or more
  • 4-bedroom unit household of 4 or more

Selection criteria: participation in co-op life, time on the list, and household need — assessed transparently by the Selection Committee.

How do I apply?

Fill out this form. Your application is sent to the Selection Committee.

Not required, but it helps the committee get to know you.

What happens next?

Here are the steps that follow once you send your application. Timelines vary with availability and are confirmed by the Selection Committee.

  1. We acknowledge that we received your application.
  2. The Selection Committee reviews your file against the selection rules.
  3. A meeting may be offered so we can get to know each other.
  4. You are told the decision and, where applicable, your place on the waiting list.
