Rent-geared-to-income units
Through CMHC subsidies, about twenty households (seniors and people living with disabilities) pay rent geared to their income (RGI). It is central to our commitment to a mixed-income community.
Do I qualify?
The size of the unit must match the size of the household, following the density rules in the Selection Rules. The criteria and the application form are on the "Live here" page.
