Announcements by text message
Members who wish to can receive some co-op announcements by text. Here is what it is, who sends it, and how to stop.
What you receive
Only the announcements the Secrétariat chooses to also send by text: a water shutoff, work in the building, an assembly. Never advertising. One text per announcement, never between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. except in an emergency.
Who sends it
Coopérative d’habitation Oasis Sauvé, 9921 avenue Millen, Montréal, QC H2C 3K1. Texts come from a Canadian number and start with “Coop Oasis”.

Your number is used only for these texts. Provider: Amazon Web Services (AWS End User Messaging), Montréal data centre. Retention: 30 days after unsubscribing for the number, 90 days for message text, 1 year for the log.
